Dr. Michela Perrone founded MMP Associates in 1994 in order to support the successful development of nonprofit organizations, their boards and chief executives. Over the last thirty years, she has worked with over 650 nonprofit organizations and executives, helping to navigate the complex world of nonprofit management. She also serves as a faculty member at Georgetown University’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership and is a Senior Associate at BoardSource. Michela's experience and expertise enable her to be an effective teacher and facilitator, team builder, and problem solver for complex management and governance problems.

 

Eloise Russo, MBA

Eloise is a nonprofit consultant and strengths based leadership coach, supporting leaders and organizations with their continued growth and development. Prior to this, Eloise ran a youth development nonprofit for a decade, City Kids Wilderness Project, and as Executive Director more than tripled revenue and built out programs receiving national acclaim. Eloise has also run supplemental educational services at 18 DC schools, and worked in the environmental sustainability field. She has an MBA from Boston University, a BA in Peace & Justice Studies from Tufts University, and is a DCPS graduate. Eloise is trained in negotiation and mediation through the Harvard Program on Negotiation, was a Seeding Disruption racial equity fellow, and is a restorative yoga teacher.

Sarah Hou, MPA

For more than 15 years, Sarah has provided support to nonprofit, international, and educational organizations through her research and report writing, quantitative analysis, and project management skills. She joined MMP Associates in 2014 and has since supported hundreds of organizations in their strategic thinking. Sarah is passionate about helping organizations use data and learning to better deliver on their mission. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where she specialized in human rights policy and management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Smith College.
