Sarah Hou, MPA
Sarah Hou brings over a decade of experience in research, quantitative analysis and project management. During this time, she worked with nonprofit and international organizations on organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and knowledge management.
Prior to joining MMP Associates, Sarah managed several large-scale institutional development projects at multiple United Nations agencies, including supporting the implementation of UNDP’s knowledge management platform and rolling out an internal financial accountability tool for gender equality. Her lifelong passion has been finding ways to best support the community around her, including working on issues related to the environment, poverty, maternal health, gender equality, and refugee affairs.
Sarah holds a Masters in Public Administration in Human Rights from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affair and a degree in Anthropology from Smith College.
